NØRTH PØRT 1999 on the 9 O’clock Meltdown podcast

The author of NØRTH PØRT 1999, Bodhi Werner got to chat it up with Crystal Detlefsen on her podcast. They talked about the novel, why Bodhi chose to set it in a fictional reimagining of Duluth, MN, he showed some of his sketches and the notecards which will be given to “FØUNDING MEMBERS” and much more.

They had a great time talking about Y2K, conspiracies, the spooky story world of North Port, and Bodhi’s collaboration with the illustrator Gus Trauth of MoreFrames Animation.

Bodhi Werner is back and his time he’s in the depths of his novel North Port 1999.

“A fictional reimagine of Duluth Minnesota” as Bodhi calls it, with a huge and horrific twist.

Bodhi started writing this story several years ago as a short film, but with some encouragement from his mother (Clare Cooley), he developed it into a full book.

He’s been working closely with illustrators and other film creatives to bring this project to life.

For now, you can find it exclusively on Patreon; however, it will be published eventually.
